Will the hotel honor the group rate before and after the event?

The rate will be honored if there is availability between the 7th and the 16th

Is there a Hotel Shuttle?

There is not a hotel shuttle. We are working on finding a shuttle company.

Orlando International Airport

How many people can sleep in a room?

The maximum number of people to a room is 4. If you are needing a larger room there are suites, contact the hotel for that information but the larger room is not part of the room discount.

What are the additional fees I should be aware of?

Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 12.5%. The Daily Resort Fee of $19.95 is included in the Group Rate. No automatic or mandatory charges are tips, gratuities, or services charges for employees, unless otherwise expressly stated.
